Why take lessons with Swimfulness

Swimfulness offers a holistic approach to the swimming practice, actively engaging the mind in the motion.

The fundament is a good use of the body and swimming without unnecessary tension. You release your neck and back and breathe freely.

Swimfulness teaches an ergonomical swimming technique that works with your body awareness.

The key is to discover that the less we do, everything gets easier and amazingly efficient as well.

It contributes to the quality of your swimming and general wellbeing in and out of water.

Swimming can be so much more than just getting from A to B.

The Swimfulness approach is based on the Alexander Technique and the Shaw Method of Swimming.

Swimfulness welcomes all kinds of swimmers and non-swimmers, of all ages and types; confident, skeptical, fearful, fearless….

The approach of Swimfulness is highly relevant for everyone who wishes to swim for their health, pleasure, and wellbeing.

Swimfulness has special relevance to people facing physical challenges and for those who have never been into sports.

The approach is ideal for the beginner or the nervous swimmer to get a good start and a good fundament for the art of swimming.
